We offer a professional delivery service
All products are delivered by one of our professional network delivery partners. Prices vary depending on your location.
When you place your order, we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe. We aim to deliver all products within 2–6 weeks of purchase. Some bespoke products or orders with special requests may take a little longer. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays from manufacturers may occur beyond our control. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed if this occurs.
Our deliveries are made on Monday to Saturday, 7am - 9pm. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Small item delivery: Delivered to the ground floor or front entrance of your property.
Large item delivery: Delivered to a room of your choice.*
We offer furniture assembly
You have the option to choose assembly for your order for a fee at checkout.
Cancellations and redelivery
We appreciate that sometimes you may have to cancel or adjust your online order. In such cases, we kindly require you to change the delivery date or cancel/adjust orders 48 hours before delivery to avoid an additional return fee. No cancellations are accepted on any bespoke items.
Unfortunately missed deliveries will be charged.
*Before placing your order, please check that the furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways. If an item cannot be delivered into your home or room of choice due to access issues or measurements this will be classified as a failure of delivery and you will be required to bear the cost of returning the goods.
