Returns

We offer a return or exchange if you have changed your mind

We want you to be happy with our furniture and help you find what you are looking for to be part of your home for years to come. We understand sometimes you might change your mind so we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, to give you ultimate peace of mind.

For small items, buyers must cover the cost of return shipping. For larger items, we charge a collection fee* for returns or exchanges, unless the product was damaged or faulty upon receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: For health protection and hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty. We strongly recommend that you visit our showroom where mattresses are available to try.

Cancelled orders

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been submitted to our manufacturer.

Once an order has been submitted to our manufacturer, it enters production processing. Cancellations at this stage will incur a 15% processing fee to cover administrative and production-related costs.

Bespoke or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

You will receive a refund for the product cost (excluding processing and delivery fees), credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty products

Our delivery team is experienced in handling furniture and takes great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. If you notice any issue with your order upon delivery, we are here to help resolve it promptly.

You can report a faulty or damaged product through the Contact Us page on our website. We will gladly guide you through the process, which may include an independent third-party technical inspection if required.

Please note that any missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Please do not attempt to fix any problems without speaking to out team first. Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods back if any changes have been made, as this will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.


*Our charges for collection are as follows:

Orders under 20kg: £40 + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)

Orders 20kg and over: cost equal to the delivery fee + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)

Sofas - £200 + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)

We may deduct from your refund amount to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if, upon inspection, there has been damage to the goods caused by you or if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging.
