We offer a return or exchange if you have changed your mind
We want you to be happy with our furniture and help you find what you are looking for to be part of your home for years to come. We understand sometimes you might change your mind so we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, to give you ultimate peace of mind.
We charge a collection fee* for returns or exchanges, unless the product was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: For health protection and hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty. We strongly recommend that you visit our showroom where mattresses are available to try.
Refunds
We will refund you the price you paid for the product excluding the delivery cost, by the method used for payment.
Faulty products
Our delivery team are experienced in handling furniture and do their utmost to ensure your products arrive in pristine condition. If upon receipt, you find a problem with your order, we want to resolve this for you. You can report a faulty product via our Contact Us page on our website. We would be happy to assist you through the returns process. You have 14 days from date of delivery in which to report any missing or damaged products.
Please do not attempt to fix any problems without speaking to out team first. Unfortunately we are unable to accept goods back if any changes have been made, as this will invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.
*Our charges for collection are as follows:
Orders under 20kg: £40 + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)
Orders 20kg and over: cost equal to the delivery fee + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)
Sofas - £200 + £10 restocking fee (excludes our made to order furniture)
We will refund you the price you paid for the product excluding the delivery cost, by the method used for payment.
We may deduct from your refund amount to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if, upon inspection, there has been damage to the goods caused by you or if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging.
