1. Where are you located?

We operate nationwide with online ordering and delivery. We also have physical showrooms. Visit our Store Information page for showroom locations and opening hours.

2. What types of furniture do you sell?

We offer a wide range of furniture including sofas, beds, dining sets, fireplaces, lighting and home accessories. Explore our range today.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, and Klarna (payment in instalments).

4.  Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We offer payment in instalments via Klarna; however, we do not yet offer any other finance plans.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been submitted to our manufacturer.

Once an order has been submitted to our manufacturer, it enters production processing. Cancellations at this stage will incur a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and production-related costs.

Bespoke or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

6. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across the UK (except remote regions such as Scottish Highlands). Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location.

7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the manufacturer, stock availability and your location. Estimated delivery times can be found below. While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays from manufacturers may occur beyond our control.

Sofas: 4–8 weeks
Beds & mattresses: 2–4 weeks
Living & dining (excluding Italian products): 2–4 weeks
Italian furniture (living, dining & bedroom): 6–8 weeks
Home accessories & lighting: 1–2 weeks

8. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

9. Will you assemble the furniture?

Yes, we offer professional furniture assembly services. You can select this option during checkout.

10. Do you remove old furniture?
Yes, we offer old furniture removal for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like removal of old furniture.
